The Big Peace

On Friday and Saturday 6th and 7th of November, I went off to Sussex to offer Reflexology at the Big Peace Retreat a place to stretch body and mind to find your missing peace. It was an amazing experience and left me feeling excited and rejuvenated. The retreat was a mixture of Yoga with Viv Alves , Life Coaching from Suzy Greaves and Hypnotherapy with Georgia Foster (and some Reflexology and VRT with me).

I also had the opportunity to work alongside Ann Edwards, a coach and masseur from East Grinstead. It was great to meet everyo feet ne on the weekend and see in just two days how effective VRT and Reflexology can be.
