How I Work?
My approach is supportive and friendly, looks at the whole person and is person centred. I
try to incorporate and share knowledge with my clients but let them tell me what their body, mind and spirit needs from each session. I am in the process of tailor making each session and working intuitively with each person so that each session is created from a healing and open space. I am constantly working in my own self development and healing so that I can support others in their journey. I see this as an essential part of what I do as I am the same as everyone else and share the same worries and anxieties. I continue to study and am in the process of training to be an intergrative counsellor and have weekly psychotherapy so these skills are often present in my work. I also write and blog about mental, physical health and reflexology and work on retreats.
I really am passionate about Reflexology and working with people to support them in being themselves.
